My job now
I'm currently the team principal of a new team in Formula 1. I'm responsible for the overall management of the team, including running race weekends, managing engineers, and coaching our drivers. I make sure everything runs smoothly. I work with our technical director and ensure the car continues to develop throughout the season.
What i really like about my job
What I enjoy most about my job is the excitement of the races and working with great drivers. It's really cool to work with drivers like Max Verstappen and compete against teams like Scuderia Ferrari. Every race is a new challenge where strategy and teamwork come together, and ultimately, we hope to win.
My future plans
My goal is to win multiple world championships and develop our team into a permanent title contender. I also want to invest in young talent and sustainability within Formula 1 so that we are not only sustainable, but also ahead of other teams in terms of both sporting performance and innovation.
Achievements
As team principal, I've already won several constructors' titles and celebrated several Grand Prix victories. Under my leadership, the team has achieved podium finishes in challenging races like the Monaco Grand Prix and the Zandvoort Grand Prix. I wasn't team principal at these races yet, but it's something I'm proud of.
